The GN30CE guitar is built for the stage with Takamine's compact but bold NEX body style, solid top construction and performance enhancing features including a soft Venetian cutaway and Takamine electronics.
This guitar has everything you need to look and sound great on the stage. With a solid Spruce top combined with Mahogany back and sides you get a rich, resonant sound from the GN30. The slim Mahogany neck and 12" bound Rosewood fingerboard offer great feel and playability whilst the onboard Takamine TP-4TD preamp system gives you a built in tuner with three band EQ and gain controls for rock solid performance.
Other great features include a pinless Rosewood bridge, synthetic bone nut and split bridge saddle, Rosewood headcap, pearloid rosette and dot inlays, chrome die-cast tuners and a beautiful gloss finish.
The Takamine NEX guitars have the bottom end strength of a dreadnought but more balance up top. The cutaway models give great access to the upper frets which is also helped by the wide, thin fast neck.
